A Life Worth Living

To be a priest in Scotland today is "a life worth living" and a path worth taking. The invitation to "make disciples of all the nations" is a command to each one of us. If life as a priest interests you then give it serious thought, talk about it, read about it; if you cannot make that commitment yourself then pray that others will, invite others to take heart and have the courage to respond.

To be a priest in Scotland today is certainly a demanding task but it is most certainly "a life worth living" and a path worth taking.

If you are considering becoming a seminarian in Scotland you should be a resident of the United Kingdom or you must have a visa that allows you to reside in the United Kingdom self supported throughout the course of the
Seminary Applicants' Year programme. Application should be made to a Scottish diocese through the diocesan director of priestly vocations.
